Flows a Creek

Frustrations are unavoidable, Not inherently bad. Frustrations just are, The good and bad Is in our thinking Making it one or the other. Waiting for things to change, The world does not change, With you in mind, Uncontrollable flux. Frustrations are Egos desires, Demands on the world A change for Egos sake When you must change, Within your self To see that frustrations; And the Ego that creates it Are truly nothing.
